Shipping Policy
By completing your payment and finalizing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.
After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Estimated Delivery 5-14 days (Depending on your destination and location).
Please note that processing delays resulting from customs, public holidays, severe weather, or courier transit errors are beyond our control. We will make every effort to assist in resolving these issues.
The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. If the wrong address is provided, Bandsam may not be able to offer reimbursement for the package.

Bandsam is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. We do not offer refunds for these costs.
Order Tracking
After your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, an email will be sent to the address you provided during the order placement. This email will include the tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your order.
Return Policy
1. Return:
All Returns must be made within thirty 30 days of the purchase date. Tags and labels must be attached, and they must be in new and unused condition.
Please note:
Some items for example (underwear and swimwear) cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
Sale items are Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable.
2. Return Proces:
To return an item, please email our customer service. Place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return. Our customer service team will provide more details by email.
We will pay or reimburse you for return shipping charges.
